Conditions for accommodation

• The room rates provided are in UAE Dirhams
• All room types (King or Twin) are subject to hotel availability at the time of contracting
• The rates provided are valid for a minimum of ten (10) rooms per night
• The room rates provided are including 5% VAT, 7% municipality fee, 10% service charge and Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night
• These rates are valid for three (3) days prior and post to function dates (subject to availability of contracted room types)

Check-in & Check-out Policies

• Our standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm
• Early check-in between 8am and 3pm is subject to availability
• Early check-in before 8am can only be guaranteed by booking one additional night prior to the arrival date at the rate of one night
• Late check-out is subject to availability
• Late check-out until 6pm is chargeable at 50% of the daily room rate plus taxes
• Late check-out after 6pm is chargeable at 100% of the daily room rate plus taxes

Prices & Taxes

• The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates in the event of governmental tax and service charge alterations or in the event of the introduction of new Tax or VAT and any other Tax that may be imposed in the future by any relevant governmental Authority
• Catering services prices inclusive all the fees

Provision of Audio Visual Equipment

All our meeting rooms are equipped with built in state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. Please send us your full set-up plan and list of equipment/audio visual requirement for each meeting space in order to advise what we are able to provide. In case we do not have the equipment in-house then we will offer you third-party options with additional charges.

Any additional audio visual requirements will be provided at the following charges:

• Additional microphones at AED 250 per microphone
• Additional standard PA system/mixer at AED 500 with one lapel or handheld microphone
• Spider phone at AED 500 per day per unit as rental fees – Actual calls will be charged separately
• Additional flip chart AED 100 per flip chart
• Dedicated internet between 20mbps to 100mbps starting at a price of AED 550 per device per day
• High quality projector and screen, additional PA system, radio microphones, video and audio or any other third party equipment will have additional charges
• DJ and Entertainer can be arranged at an additional charge
